“The new location is great! As a new mom, I loved that I could shop both sides of the store. The babies’/kids’ clothes are beautifully presented and organized by gender, size, and color. I was easily able to find what I was looking for for my son! I also really enjoyed browsing the women’s side. It was so nice being able to pick up some cute things for myself, too. Pricing at Autumn’s closet is super reasonable, too, and is on-par with most secondhand stores, except you know the clothing will be in good condition at her store. You can tell a lot of pride is taken in her business. I’ll absolutely keep coming back!”
— Grace Reyes“I always love taking my clothes here. I get paid cash or in-store credit to not deal with the hassle of Facebook Marketplace (even thought it might not pay as much money but that's ok, gotta make their money somehow!). Plus, they'll take whatever they don't want and donate it to some really good causes. Totally better than Goodwill. It's a win win. Really cute and big selection of clothing when you shop.”
— Ashley Muench“Love Autumn’s Closet! She has a great variety of items and I just bought my dress to wear at Nationals from her! She’s the best!”
— Robyn Booth“Unfortunately my experience was not good. I called in advance and asked how much I would get store credit and I was told 50% of what they sold it for. Knowing what i have, even if they took 1 of the 5 totes full of items i had, it would be worth it. I spent an hour walking around the store while they went through everything. Looking at how their bamboo and boutique brands were priced I was hopeful. They offered me $60 store credit. Just the bamboo and boutique dresses they were going to take should have been well over that. They didnt even offer a quarter of what they are selling these items at. Not to mention i still had never worn Jordan and nike baby shoes, Sperry, cowboy boots nwt, ect. The hour I spent waiting I could have easily photographed and listed just the bamboo and boutique items for super cheap to sell quick and still made more than what I was offered. In the end I should have saved myself the hour and donated because the few items I could have bought with the in store credit was not worth the hour I spent chasing my child around the store. I wish they would have been upfront about what they offer. Again, this is just my experience. If time isnt a factor and you genuinely dont care if you get anything for the items it definitely is worth it for those people. I also thought alot of their prices were crazy high. $20 for a pair of used target jeans, $10 for shein leggings, and $20 for pilling bamboo pajamas is excessive IMO.”
— Lyndsey JazdzewskiStore credit is typically 50% of the selling price, though actual payouts may vary based on item quality and demand.
